Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- C++, Java working with real time transaction systems 8+ years
- Experience developing a cross platform API
- Experience with STL containers
- Multithreaded application design and coding
- Sockets programming
- Creating windows services and unix daemons
- General networking knowledge
- Object oriented concepts
- Environments :
· C++ with VS6, .Net 2003, .Net 2005, .Net 2008
· GCC, Redhat, Suse
· CVS
· Eclipse
- Knowledge and experience with different development methodologies
Details:
- operate as part of a team and effectively coordinate with remotely located colleagues
- analyzing, coding and testing applications working with existing systems
- documenting designs and may partner with business analysts to define technical solutions to meet the business needs
- developing software for the chip tool kit observing the established conventions and proposing changes with an appropriate request and review
- develop c++/java code to meet the needs of requests
- verify changes with the unit test tools
- troubleshooting system issues and provide 3rd level production support
